Mr. Q's Makin' It ShineOur business name, The Q is very important to our family. Our loving father who passed away from cancer July 19th 2021, when we were young he drew a big Q in calligraphy on our garage for our last name. Since then, the Q always stuck in our memories. In dedication to our father, I wanted the Q to be part of our business name and logo. The Q is exactly how he drew it on our garage so, it means a lot to all of us.There is a song that I alway play and love since I was young and I still play it presently. It's called "Makin' It" by David Naughton 1979. It's very inspirational and is my dream in life for me. I thought about several business names but my daughter Ashley thought Makin' It Shine would be the perfect name for our business. If you listen very closely to the lyrics of Makin' It , It's very motivational and inspiring. That is why I love it so much and means a lot to me. My daughter also thought about our detailing packages and made names for them from the song. Solid Gold, I've Got Looks and Makin' It Shine!We are going to donate a portion of all proceeds to the American Cancer Society in honor of our Father/Papa.

Mobile Car Wash and Detailing
Terms of ServiceBy accepting the services from Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine, it implies that you have understood and accepted Our Terms and Conditions.Items left in the vehicle:
Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine is not responsible for any loss, stolen or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. Garbage will be collected at the time of cleaning, will be put in a plastic bag and left in the vehicle. Non trash items will be left where they are found or put in a plastic bag and left in the vehicle.
Personal and valuable items (such as money, jewelry, radars, computers, electronics and phones) are recommended to be removed prior to cleaning.
Any firearms, weapons, personal protection aids and any illegal substances must be removed prior to cleaning.Damages and liability:
Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine has the right to determine the liability for damages the customer claims. Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine technicians have the right to take pictures and videos of previous damages prior to cleaning, also to reserve the right to save and store pictures and videos.
Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine will not be held responsible for any materials washed off or removed during the cleaning/detailing process (such as decals, old/new paint, plastic dip, rust and more)
Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine is not responsible for any loose or prior damaged vehicle conditions that may get further damage due to the cleaning process (such as grills, mirrors, panels, trims, lights, antennas, car emblems and mufflers).
Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine WILL NOT REMOVE seats, child car seats or any baby chairs that are inside of the vehicle.Services:
Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine has the right to hold the keys of the vehicle during the service.
Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine will not use the vehicle. With certain circumstances the customer can give permission to move or use the vehicle so we can provide our services. Drop off and Pick up is available by appointment only. The customer must park the vehicle in a safe location during the cleaning service with easy access for the technicians.
Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine will offer addons on site if the customer wishes, prior to cleaning.
Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine has the right to turn down any job or service without explanation.
Weather permitting will determine services provided. If inclimate weather is present, Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine is willing to make arrangements with the customer to perform service inside a garage or other safe location. We can also reschedule it for another time.
Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine is not responsible for any loss, stolen, or damage to the location where the service will be provided.
Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine is not responsible for any engine malfunctions or damage due to cleaning services.
Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine is not liable for any respiratory, skin or other health problems that may occur with the Ozone Generator cleaning process and other cleaning products.Other Terms and Conditions:
Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine will perform a walk around with the customer to inspect the vehicle before service, which the customer must sign and date.
Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine requests to have any pets to be removed during the service to ensure the safety of the technicians.
Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine is not responsible for any indigestion of cleaning products that animals, pets, or humans may come in contact with.
Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine is not responsible for any lawn, landscaping, flooring and driveway damage that may occur from the cleaning products.
Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine is not responsible for any slips or falls that may occur due to the cleaning products or water on the floor where service is performed. Please stand at least 10 feet away from the vehicle when we service it.
Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine has the right to not perform any services due to any unsafe conditions in which the technicians deem fit.Payments:
Mr. Q’s Makin It Shine has the right to decide to charge or not charge for the services provided.
Cancellations must be made 2 hours prior to cleaning.
PAYMENTS can be made in cash or Zelle, MUST be paid PRIOR TO SERVICE.
